Dexter and Livvia both have been making waves individually in the music industry for quite some time now. The collaboration between the two artists on the Sweet Dreams ( are made of this) is absolutely earchatching and brilliant.

Notably influenced by some of the greatest names in electronic dance music such as Avicii, DJ Snake and Sweedish House Mafia the ever so talented Dexter still stands out with his own unique sound. Dexter landed his breakout moment in 2015 when he won the Spinnin competition with a Chemicals remix.

We did quite a bit of unsuccessful Youtube and Vevo hunting for a Dexter video channel and decided to give you a taste of his SPOTIFY instead.

Dexter’s counterpart in Sweet Dreams ( are made of this) Livvia is originally a Bay Area native, now residing in Los Angeles not only creating music but studying for her degree in economics at UC Berkley as well.

Last year Livvia released a track called catch a body featuring Quavo which did just under 200k views combined on her YouTube, but over a whopping 1.5 million views on her Vevo account, quite an impressive contrast.

Collectively Dexter and Livvia bring a crisp edm-rock-pop fusion with their version of Sweet Dreams, originally the British phenomenon Eurythmics signature and break through song as we call it these days. I can’t wait to see what direction Dexter and Livvia will take this release, perhaps we will see a video released to go with the track next? We’ll definitely be watching out for more music from both artist.
