Disney To Open Star Wars Theme Parks

Star Wars fans will soon be a lot closer to stepping into stories from a galaxy far, far away. That’s because Walt Disney recently announced that Disneyland is building two new Star Wars attractions at their parks (Disneyland in California and Walt Disney In Florida).

Disney’s CEO Bob Iger told fans that the 14-acre immersive lands will be staffed by droids, “fantastic roaming beasts” and other inhabitants of the Star Wars worlds.

The jaw-dropping new world will allow guests to be transported to never-before-seen planets.

So far, no timeframe has been given on Disney’s largest, single-themed land expansion.
