#TaniaOnTheScene – Sean Combs hosted his first annual Revolt TV Upfront at the Marqee in NYC on Tuesday.
Revolt TV, according to Mr. Combs, is a mix between CNN and ESPN but related to music.
He talks about why he started Revolt and where he plans on taking it.
In regards to being only one of 4 people with their own network, “I’m black, if you didn’t notice,” he said, “and that’s a big accomplishment.”
I also spoke with Angela Yee, of “The Breakfast Club,” and asked how she felt about having her show simulcasted on Revolt TV. She revealed something that her co-host, DJ Envy has done before the cameras start rolling.
Russell Simmons also offers his tips on what it takes to be successful.
